How does the subscription plan work?
Great question! You go to subscriptions and select what cuisine you'd want spices from. There it will tell you what spices are a part of the plan and have an option to sign up for it. All you have to do from there is click sign up and input your information. Then, we will send out spices at the beginning of every month from your selected subscription plan.
What if I want to pick my own spices?
You can! At the bottom of the subscription plan, there's an option for a custom plan. All spices that we offer will be there for you to pick from. From the list, you'll be able to select eight spices to get monthly.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payments such as debit and credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs changes based on whether or not we have to ship internationally from the US. Domestic shipping is $12.99 while international shipping is $17.99.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic customers can expect their orders to arrive sometime between 5 to 10 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days.
How will I be able to track my order?
Good question. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and order number. From there, you should be able to track your order.
How does the SAVORA app work?
The process to dispense spices is the same as it is on the device; click what cuisine you're cooking from, the food you're cooking, and then the spices. There will also be an option under your profile to manage your subscriptions. This will allow you to change or sign up for another subscription plan on your phone anywhere, any time.
