My art mostly reflects the things I like and stories that I think of. Ever since I started watching anime, I decided that I wanted to have a similar art style. I knew that realism would be really hard and I loved the way different scenes were drawn, so I learned to draw in a similar yet different style. I liked that it seemed to portray things in a kind of realistic way while being kind of cartoony, too. I tend to not really do backgrounds in the drawings that I do since that’s more of an afterthought to me, though I’m more likely to make one if I’m working digitally or if it’s for a poem.
